The recipes are simple, with no advanced techniques, & many of the ingredients are likely already in your kitchen.

Beyond the Plate carries the meal further, with the customs around the table in that month's destination, including how the meal is shared, served, & enjoyed. No special supplies, nothing extra to track down. Just your meal & the experience you create.

Included in each delivery: one spice, portioned for the recipe (& usually more), one recipe card to keep, one Gather List (in case you don't have everything on hand), & a Companion Guide with the spice's history & Beyond the Plate cultural details. The location stays a surprise until it arrives, which is why every member's delivery ships together, mid-month.
