Pause, Skip, or Cancel Anytime

Need a break? You can pause or skip an upcoming delivery anytime, no minimum commitment, right from your account. If a full cancellation is what you need, that's available too. If you run into any issues, contact us at soljourne@soljourne.com.

Monthly Recurring Subscription

Changes made on or before the 1st of the month will take effect that same month. Changes made after the 1st will take effect the following month and your current month's collection will process, ship, and bill as scheduled.

Prepaid Gift Tiers (3, 6 & 12 Month)

Changes made on or before the 1st of the month will take effect that same month. Changes made after the 1st will take effect the following month and your current month's collection will process and ship as scheduled.

Prepaid gift subscriptions are paid in full at the time of purchase. If the recipient wishes to cancel part way through the term, a prorated refund will be applied to original method of payment within 30 days.
