Every Soljourne member matters. If something arrives damaged, a shipment is delayed, or you simply have a question, reach out & Soljourne will work to make it right as quickly as possible. Real people, thoughtful support, & no endless ticket loops.

Orders placed by the 1st of the month are prepared for that month’s collection and typically ship by the 17th. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Tracking details are sent as soon as your collection begins its journey.

Destinations are chosen through years of travel, cultural curiosity, conversations with locals, and a deep appreciation for everyday traditions. Each collection is built around places, stories, flavors, and rituals worth sharing.

Soljourne collections can easily be gifted for someone special.  Select the gifting option at checkout. We'll guide you through the process.

Members can skip a month, pause future deliveries, or cancel anytime through our customer portal. We understand life gets busy. Our goal is to make this easy for you.

Every collection includes stories, cultural context, and ways to engage with the destination beyond what arrives at your door. Soljourne is also building additional guides, videos, and experiences to help each journey continue.

Select items and destination inspired goods will be available through The Shop as it launches. Members will be the first to know when individual pieces and exclusive additions become available.

We source with a vegetarian-friendly lens & the majority of items in each collection are plant-based. Some traditionally sourced products may contain ingredients like gelatin, honey, or dairy, so we can't guarantee every item will be vegetarian. Our recipe cards celebrate traditional preparations. We always encourage & welcome a plant-based protein swap.

We are also not able to guarantee that any item is free from specific allergens, including nuts, gluten, soy, or dairy. Some items are repackaged in-house & may not include full ingredient details. Please use your best judgment & reach out to us directly if you have a specific allergy concern.

If an item isn't right for you, we encourage passing it along to a friend or donating it to a local food pantry or community sharing shelf. We never want good food to go to waste, so please pass it on to someone who would enjoy it.

Soljourne currently ships within the United States. Additional destinations may be added as the journey grows.

Each Soljourne collection is intentionally kept a surprise, allowing every journey to unfold as it was meant to. Part of the experience is discovering someplace new, one destination at a time.
